How it works

From foot scan to production data — one automated pipeline.

A foot scan rendered as a coloured biomechanical mesh. A parametric last generated from the scan. Production-ready data for a knitted upper and sole.

It starts with a foot scan and biomechanical data. From there ito ito generates an individual last enriched by data for optimisation of posture, movement, stability and comfort.

The design of the upper, midsoles and sole adapts automatically to the individual properties. Fit, zoning and support are recalculated for that specific foot and performance or medical optimisation.

ito ito generates production-ready data for the knitted upper and the 3D Print of sole, supports and inlays. The data is sent straight to suitable machines and managed by a cloudbased factory management.

We make your design parametric. We take your shoe design — yours, or one we develop together — and turn it into a parametric model: a single design that knows how to adapt to any foot. A one-time engineering step, scoped and priced per design.

Automated Production
for Knitting and 3D Print

Every order, automated. Once your model exists, it runs. Each customer footscan flows through it and produces production-ready data automatically — no manual rework per pair. You order individualized shoes at scale, from one design.
